OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

The following promotion is intended for play in the United States (excluding New York and Florida) and Canada and will be construed according to US and Canadian law. Please do not enter if you are not located in the U.S. or Canada.

Void where prohibited by law.

1. HOW TO ENTER

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 7, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on December 31, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”. To participate, visit www.allinrichmond.com/contest and complete and submit the online entry form. Each entry must designate the prize for which the entrant wishes to be entered. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2010. Limit one entry per person/email address. Automated methods of entry are prohibited and any use of automated methods of entry may result in disqualification.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty states of the United States (excluding residents of New York and Florida and including the District of Columbia) or of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory or state of residence as of Sweepstakes start date. Employees of Sponsor, and its affiliates, marketing partners, suppliers, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, spouse) of, or persons residing in the same household as any such person, are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations apply. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Participants who do not comply with these rules are subject to disqualification.

3. PRIZE

There are four (4) trip Prizes, each for two (2) adults and two (2) children for three (3) nights, available to be won. The Prizes consist of the following:

$2000.00 CDN (or $2000.00 US) – prize money awarded dependent upon the permanent resident address of winner. The $2000.00 CDN/US funds may be used towards transportation and/or spending money at the winner’s discretion and will be provided to the winner upon completion of their travel.

2. Tall Ships Package

- $2000.00 CDN (or $2000.00 US) – prize money awarded dependent upon the permanent resident address of winner. The $2000.00 CDN/US funds may be used towards transportation and/or spending money at the winner’s discretion and will be provided to the winner upon completion of their travel.

- Approximate retail value: $3,691.00 CDN (approx. $3497.00 US based on an exchange rate of $1CDN = $0.94US).

Any expenses for trip components not offered by Sponsor and expenses in excess of the maximum trip value are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. For the purpose of determining Prize component values, the determinations of the Sponsor will be final and binding. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, whether in cash or otherwise, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are designed to accommodate two (2) adults and two (2) children. In the event that a winner decides not to travel with children or to travel with only one (1) child, the child’s portion of the trip prize (or one half thereof in the event of one child travelling) will be forfeited. No cash substitution will be provided. No accommodation for more than two (2) adults will be offered. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if a prize or prize component cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prior to reimbursement of $2000 cash portion of prize, Sponsor reserves the right to receive receipts for expenses incurred for verification purposes. Any difference between the maximum retail value for the trip and the actual value of the trip will not be awarded For U.S. residents, taxes, if any, related to the prize are the responsibility of the individual winner. All costs and expenses associated with the Prize not specifically referred to above, including without limitation transportation, proper travel documentation, travel insurance, additional accommodations if required, meals, gratuities, taxes and items of a personal nature are the responsibility of the winner and his or her guests. Accommodations subject to availability at time of booking and a minimum of 30 days advance reservations are required. If other Prize components require bookings, 30 days advance reservations are required. Winner and guests must travel together. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2011 and restrictions apply. If winner and guests cannot complete travel by date specified, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Certain activities or properties may not be available at time of travel and Sponsor reserves right to make substitutions of selected prize components in its sole discretion. Some additional restrictions apply. Winner will be provided with additional details at time of travel.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

On or about January 5, 2011, random draws will be conducted by the judges of the Sweepstakes in Richmond, BC to select one (1) winner for each of the four (4) prizes packages from among all eligible entries designating each such package received during the Sweepstakes Period. All decisions of the Sponsor or its authorized representatives are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize package are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received for each prize package. The Sponsor or its representative will attempt to contact each selected entrant by phone or email once per day for five (5) business days. If any selected entrant cannot be contacted after five (5) business days, or is contacted but is deemed to be ineligible in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, or is unable or unwilling to comply with these rules, that selected entrant will be disqualified and another entry will be drawn. This process may be repeated until one (1) entrant has been declared a winner for each prize package.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a potential winner, the entry will be deemed made by the account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address, or the natural person who is associated with the wireless phone number used to enter). Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

For Canadian Residents Only:

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered on the release form.

5. RELEASE

Within fourteen days of receipt thereof, the selected entrant will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release form confirming compliance with Sweepstakes Rules and acceptance of prize as offered; releasing Sponsor, its agents, and the prize suppliers with respect to injuries, accident, loss or damages relating to the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the prize; and, except where prohibited, acknowledging the Sponsor’s and its agents’, subsidiaries’ or affiliates’ right to publish and/or broadcast the winner’s picture, name, address, voices, statements without further compensation other than the prize offered. Winner’s traveling companions (or their parent/guardian for any guest who is under the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence) will also be required to sign and return a liability/publicity release before travel will be booked. If prize documents are not returned within fourteen days, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. ERRORS, ETC.:

The Sponsor is not responsible for (i) entries which are incomplete or unintelligible; (ii) telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind; (iii) incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond its control which disrupts or interferes with the Sweepstakes; or (v) any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising out of participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor extends absolutely no representations or warranties in respect of the prize. If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the electronic portion of the Sweepstakes and randomly select the winner from previously received entries. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, to amend the terms of this Sweepstakes without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Rules.

7. WINNERS LIST

For the name of the prize winner, send a self addressed stamped envelope to: Fun-Filled Richmond! Winners List, 205-5811 Cooney Rd., Richmond BC, V6X 3M1. Envelope must be received by January 5, 2011. U.S. residents may omit return postage.

For Quebec residents:

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
