Terms and Conditions
1. Credit to be applied to your final group master folio and will be based on actualized room pick-up. Offer is valid for all new RFPs received through Tourism Richmond via MeetingsEasyTM by December 31, 2010.
· Deliver an RFP of 10+ peak rooms (based on a 2 night minimum stay) before December 31, 2010 with rooms actualized by March 31, 2011 and receive $500.00 towards your final master folio.
· Deliver an RFP of 26-50 peak rooms (based on a 2 night minimum stay) before December 31, 2010 with rooms actualized by March 31, 2011 and receive $750.00 towards your final master folio.
· Deliver an RFP of 51-99 peak rooms (based on a 2 night minimum stay) before December 31, 2010 with rooms actualized by March 31, 2011 and receive $1000.00 towards your final master folio.
· Deliver an RFP of 100+ peak rooms (based on a 2 night minimum stay) before December 31, 2010 with rooms actualized by March 31, 2011 and receive $2010.00 towards your final master folio.
2. Applicable to meetings & conferences that have not been held in Richmond since 2007. Offer valid on new bookings/requests. Must be booked now through December 31, 2010 with groups materializing through March 31, 2011.
3. RFP must transit via MeetingsEasyTM
4. Richmond must be selected no later than December 31, 2010 with a signed contract between organization and Richmond hotel member.
5. $500, $750, $1000, $2010 will be paid by Tourism Richmond following the meeting upon reviewing hotel booking reports and will be applied to the final Group Master Folio.
6. Up to $2010 applicable to meetings, conventions, retreats, workshops, AGM’s, board meeting. Not applicable to sport hosting events, tournaments, sport competitions.
